Star City Booksellers
Star City Booksellers is an independent bookstore in the heart of Miamisburg, Ohio catering to those who not only love getting lost in books, but also want to learn more about the world around them. Our hope is to create a space for residents to gather, converse, and grow through an appreciation of literature in all forms. The store also has other gifts and trinkets for sale, and offers small events like local author book signings.
Books can be ordered online on their website, and they offer a monthly book club.
Meet The Owners
Star City Booksellers is co-owned by Stephanie and Steve Johnson. Stephanie was a former Eighth Grade American History teacher at Miamisburg Middle School and is currently instructing pre-service teachers at the University of Dayton. Steve is a Battalion Chief at the Miami Valley Fire District and a member of Ohio Task Force 1. Owning an independent bookstore is a dream come true for both of them, and they are beyond excited to share their passion for books with the community!
